Return Policy

Damaged products
Strictly No Video, No Return(Make a video when you open the product and show us the damaged product)
Contact us as soon as possible by mail and attach the video and we will get back to you to make an arrangement.

Wrong Product
If we have sent you a different than ordered product, we will send you a new (correct) product and pay for the return shipping of the wrongly delivered product.
If you have ordered a wrong product, contact us and we can try to find a way to get it replaced, but you will need to cover shipping of both the return and new product.

Customized products.
If you order a unique and customized product from our store it cannot be returned as it is uniquely made for you specifically.

Used products
Used products cannot be returned

Damage during shipping
We package and send our product with care, but we cannot be held responsible for any damage occurred during shipping.
Neither can we be held responsible for products lost in shipping.
But in either case, please contact us and i’m sure we can find a solution suitable for the both of us.

We run a very small business, it is not a big mass production operation with lots of people, if you have any questions or comments, please contact me and we can talk about it.
